Protective Polymers is leading the way in toll manufacturing. We utilise high speed dispersers; horizontal bead mill and basket mill to accommodate lot sizes of 500 to 5000 litres.
Our toll manufacurting facility can accommodate formulations that require mixing under vacuum to remove moisture or aeration from the mix. We can accommodate 250 to 2000 litre lots.
The Manufacturing facility is fully ATEX certified to allowing us to process VOC containing and VOC free coatings. Our team has extensive experience to make coatings from traditional formulations through to the latest environmentally acceptable technologies.
All manufacture is QC tested and filled to parameters agreed with our partners.
