Polymeric CUI 650 is a single component Inert Multi-Polymeric Matrix coating low VOC, high-buildinsulated pipe primer designed to provide superior protection in extremely corrosive environments, such as under insulation. PolyMeric CUI 650 coating system is specifically formulated to be applied directly to surfaces operating between ambient temperature and up to 650oC (1200oF) . It has the ability to be applied to mechanically prepared surfaces, it cures at ambient temperatures, and can be applied directly to hot surfaces up to 260oC. It is tough, durable and has excellent resistance to damage during transportation, making it the first choice for new woks application. PolyMeric CUI 650 performs exceptionally in continuous CUI immersion of hot and or boiling water. The coating has excellent resistance to continuous and rapid wet-dry-wet thermal cycling. - Brush & Roller Use a China bristle brush with a wooden handle. For application by roller, use a solvent resistant core roller.
- Mixing PolyMeric CUI 650 is a single component coating. Use a slow speed power mixer, either an air motor or explosion proof electric motor.
- The coating should be then mixed until it's uniformly consistent, without the incorporation of air.
