Instaseal is a solvent less hybrid polymer cold applied roof coating, for old bitumen and mineral felt roofing. Instaseal can be applied wet-on-wet, or wet on dry to give total flexibility in application that can be fully reinforced with a fibre glass mesh. It has many advantages over conventional liquid roofing systems as it is isocyanate free and has low solvent emissions.
