Steve’s career has spanned more than 35 years in the protective Coatings business having worked for 2 of the largest paint companies in senior management positions he founded Protective Polymers in 2014.

Stuart

Technical Sales Director

Stuart

Stuart has spent all his working life in construction, he joined Protective polymers 3 years ago and brings with him a vast practical knowledge for our construction coatings. He supports contractors in the application of all of our products.

Richard

Technical Development Team

Richard

Richard has recently joined us to head up our technical development team. Richard’s experience in Industrial coatings will help service our customer needs and develop our business, both in High Performance and Industrial Coatings

Tim

Project Manager

Tim

Tim joined us in 2021 as our Project Manager. Tim brings a vast amount of knowledge in multiple areas of the coating business both in technical and commercial roles, having worked in the Industrial and Protective Coatings business units. Tim is a great asset to our company and customers

Mick Raisbeck

Mick joined the paint industry in in 1984 with Mebon Paints and has continued his career with Croda Mebon, Ameron International and Spencer Coatings. Mick joined Protective Polymers in January 2023 as Lab Assistant. Mick brings a wealth of experience in both QC and Product Development.

Ian

National Sales Manager

Ian

Ian has work in the roof coating industry for more than 30 years supplying liquid roofing membranes. Ian joined Protective Polymers in 2020 to head up our flat roofing Sales and Technical Teams.

Mick

Site Manager

Mick

Mick has spent most of his adult life in paint, working for one of the world’s multi-national companies as works supervisor. He joined us on our acquisition of our new site at Lydford Rd as Site Manager. Mick bring a wealth of experience in the manufacture of High Performance Coatings.

David

Senior Paint Maker

David

David has worked at the sharp end of paint manufacturing for more the 8 years working for one of the multinational paint companies. He joined us in May to support our manufacturing plant.

Santie

Santie has just recently joined us as Accounts and Office Manager having worked as an accountant in South Africa her native country for a large raw material supply company. She heads up our accounts and credit control.
